Risk Assessment

The following table applies to our group when filming

Hazard	Risk	Control
Wet floors/surfaces	Tripping and injuring yourself.	Be careful and take precaution when filming.
Water Damage	Damaging camera and other electrical equipment.	Don’t film in the rain.
Stairs	Falling down them.	Watch where the actors are walking and be careful for slippery surfaces
Fire	Burns to actors and filming crew, possible death	Leave the building via fire exits call the fire brigade.
Makeup	Allergic reactions	Make sure all actors are ok to use makeup.
Hazardous Substances	Burns	Don’t use and stay clear of chemicals.
Manual Handling	Harming yourself	Make sure you have someone else lifting the heavy object with you
